We present our olives, which we obtain from our own olive groves and from the gardens of our farmers, who are members of our Julia Gordos family, to your tables with our modern continuous pressing system with minimum intervention, optimum yield and maximum taste.

Time is a very critical factor in obtaining a quality olive oil in the process from the olives to the olives being harvested and turned into oil. Every olive that is collected is turned into oil within a few hours with great care. It is filtered and stored in chrome-nickel tanks at 17 degrees Celsius, in cellars away from sunlight. It is bottled in accordance with ISO 22000 standards and takes its place on the shelves.

We live in the information age. Although olive oil is an ancient food, the modern world has been articulated. Our oil shop produces with the motto of "traceable product" in accordance with hygiene rules with modern pressing equipment. With the product management software we have developed, the time from gardening to squeezing can be tracked. At the same time, with the data matrix on our products, our customers can access the tags of the oils they purchase. Thus, our customers can easily access hub information such as from which garden, what date it was harvested, when the pressing process took place, on their smartphones, and can enjoy purchasing reliable food with peace of mind.
